I spent most of today, at least when the sun was up, shooting the Krypton at 100 and 300 meters. To my surprise I could use 10-12 power magnification on the S&B, it felt the best on the little contrast I had. Not really a scientific test, but at least we shot a lot of rounds all within the 8/10 ring at 300 meters at a cold target. His group was about 12-15 cm, with one flyer.Īnd between his and my shooting I took the Krypton off and put it back. I'm probably too eager to shoot and try this thing, and I don't like this trigger. For some reason his groups were constantly lower than mine both without the Krypton and with it. I got about the same grouping as before, if not better actually. Put the Pulsar Krypton on, no other zeroing etc. Shot a few series with it with the Schmidt & Bender 3-27x56 PMII. This ammo worked in my Tikka by the JP didn't like it as much as it spread in height. Setup was JP PCS12 in 6,5 CM and the cheapest 6,5 CM I can find from S&B. It's not something I'd do in a real hunting situation. Not much, but you gotta trust what you see and shoot. The only contrast was the difference between paper and rubber on the electronic target. Extremely poor contrast as everything was about +2C. I think that is why Pulsar begin at 42 mm rings. However I think you must have a rather high mount for the clip-on to fit. The benefit with the Leica is that the adapter works with "driven hunt" scopes, like 1-6x etc. With regards to collimation this video should be of high interest. I wonder what happens with the S&B 5-25 and 5-45 and similar scopes, I guess 5x is too much. I will certainly try to mount it on my S&B 3-27, but I'm not allowed to hunt with an AR10 where I live (target shooting permit only). I've never used a clip-on, so not sure what to expect as I'll be zooming into pixels. But I believe Liemke buys it from someone else as well LOL.įor the Pulsar Krypton I have ordered adapters for most if not all riflescope sizes just to be able to put it where I want. I'm trying to get my hands on the new Leica as well, it looks very promising if the marketing pictures are real.īlaser just released their option, with Liemke. I'd say Zeiss is one generation behind on technology and price, and it's made in China if that's a concern. It was a <100 serial, so unfortunately it lacked a few functions (WLAN, software) and I think the performance of a production unit is probably better (in terms of image quality). You may notice I also have the new Zeiss DTI online as well, which I got from Zeiss for a review. There seems to be more videos from around that date, I had no idea I was first (if that's the case?) They deal with Pulsar, ATN and a bunch of other brands. I don't have a relationship with Pulsar, I got the videos from a local dealer.

When you start Birdfont, you have a blank canvas, which can look a little daunting. For a $10 donation, you can move up to a Birdfont with support for coloured and OTF fonts. The difference is a measly $5/year subscription. When you first download Birdfont you need to figure if you want to produce an Open Font or commercial fonts which you can put on the market. What you need is a dedicated font design tool and Birdfont should be considered, despite the steep learning curve. Try creating an entire symbol set in Illustrator. Not only do you have to find a particular style, it then has to be carried across every character, consistently. You may be a designer, but creating fonts is an art. |
